Title: Decrees made in faith.

Summary: We are able to declare something and it will be established when we are righteous. We must believe what we are saying. We must be fully persuaded that what God has said, God will do. The best time to decree is when we are in the presence of God. The declaring of a word has creative power. We are to confess the word, believe the word and speak the word. God created (Genesis) in the presence of the Holy Spirit.
